1-Strongly disagree (I am very dissatisfied, I have constant problems, from Labo
                I'm having trouble getting support)
            2-Disagree (I have general dissatisfaction, although Labo intends to support
                they are not enough)
            3-Neither agree or disagree (I am having problems and by contacting Labo
                I want it solved)
            4-Agree  (Sometimes I have problems but it will require me to contact Labo
                not as much)
            5-Strongly agree  (I have never had a problem with my Labo branded device and
                I am satisfied with the employees)
